And why we aren’t talking about it more.

And how many women aren’t having it enough 🙋🏼‍♀️, don’t even want it, or never learned how to receive pleasure and FEEL GOOD in the bedroom.

I’ve been married for almost 8 years, together for close to 10. The intial honeymoon fades. Two kids and a lot less sleep later. It’s so easy to slip into running the home focused on logistics, scheduling and quite honestly, it’s just downright exhausting to find time to make love to my husband who I genuinely love, adore and am so attracted to.

Throw in: built up resentment, unsaid truths, money issues, body shame, s*xual trauma, health issues, insomnia, anxiety … the list goes on. It’s no wonder s*x is non-existent or very low on a women’s property list.

But a woman’s anatomy is built to open, to receive to pleasure, to turn ON and open up and connect on all levels - PHYSICAL, emotional and spiritual.

We want joy, freedom, abundance, flow, love, heart connection… here’s a little secret:

INTAMACY / S*X / LIFEFORCE IS AT THE ROOT of all the above said desired.

The 2nd energy center is the base of all things - rhythm, flow, creativity, feminine, ability to receive. Our anatomy is MEANT to open, allow in

Most women are so wound up they don’t even know where to start with this. I only know because I’ve been there. Stressed, overly in my masculine, adrenals pumping, weight gained, so overly in my doing I had no awareness of even how to BE.

Whether youre wanting to open to new creative ideas, have more play in your life, call in more joy, pleasure, freedom and light heartedness in your life, or let’s all let down our walls and start talking abou s*x baby.

It’s not the answer to all - but opening up our erotic and pleasure zones WILL be a quantum leap in many areas. It’s been a focus of mine the last several months and it’s turned up not only kennys and my connection but also my connection with the Divine.

I’ve strived my entire life. I’ve always wanted for, gone after, found some level of control in the doing and some degree of happiness in making s**t happen.

this past year so so much of this programming has been stripped away, transformed, unplugged. the rewiring and embodiment process has been intense, confronting at times, and pure bliss at others. ultimately giving me a window into the levels of peace snd softening and sense of comfort I didn’t even know I wanted or desired (But holy wow is it yummy and so so good).

As I sit with the present and “look ahead” (if there’s even such a thing) I see a year of continued unearthing. Of grounding down, slowing down. Simplicity, space and nature are calling my name. The fire inside burns bright (my sun and moon are both in Sagittarius, enneagram 3 🔥) The fierceness is always there.

BUT… I see it all looking very different. A LOT of ease and continued UN-DOING is coming my way this year. Only “action” in what brings me a lot of joy. Creating a garden. Lots of moving my body, walks, beach time and working out. Less screen time, less virtual, less Behind a computer, more in person. Deeper connections. Hosting friends. Designing homes. transformation, healing and manifestations for everyone in the vortex with me. My heart sings as I feel into this next season. The need to be understood or seen is also fading FAST. Perhaps that will manifest in less sharing on social, or maybe more boldness without caring whatsoever what anyone thinks.

All yet to be revealed. What a ride my friends. I know so many of you are on it too.

Out with the old and in with the new, time to ride. 🦄🐎💃🏻

There are new energetics coming into to support you in all of this.

P.S. one hour after this, Gracie projectile vomited all over me🤣

TEXT FROM ME TO MY HUSBAND LAST WEEK AFTER WE BOTH HAD A PANIC MOMENT ABOUT MONEY.

The night before our card kept declining. We called and realized we had maxed our credit card, and then some. (We have a pretty large limit, and I don’t think has happened before 🤯). We both had a major moment of fear come up.

I’ve been doing this long enough at this point to quickly (seconds) realize the spiral and very, very quickly get out of it.

I breathed 🧘🏽‍♀️, dropped in, and realized I was just having an emotion (aka energy in motion). I then dropped into the reality of what is.

We’ve got major house projects happening at the moment, we had planned and were expecting for large sums to go out AND the old programming LOVES to come up when it has an opportunity. 🤣

I decided to take it one step further the next day and actually claim our current abundant state.

Huge bow down to for the inspiration to “buy out people in front of me.” Her continued abundant state and paying it forward is such a teacher to me.

P.S. the woman whose IKEA cart started crying, said “I’ve always wanted to do that for someone else. Thank you so much” she was able to receive the gift. And the cashiers frequency immediately went way HIGH! The vibration changed in the whole line and who knows how many other humans it touched that day ans moving forward.

P.P.S. Maybe this will inspire you to pay it forward big or small this holiday season. Let’s all remember what a double blessing it is to claim pie abundance and shine it bright with others ✨

And lastly, notice my husbands response 🤦‍♀️ thank goodness this queen doesn’t need a lot of outside validation. Love this man so much but my goodness…. 😂

vulnerability hangover✨

I’ve been experiencing these somewhat regularly in the last few weeks.

What they are and how to move through them….

You share a deep personal truth with a new friend and then question if it was safe to do it.
You share something on social and then judge yourself as “too much.”
You say something to your partner that’s tender and deep and don’t get the response or acknowledgment back in the same way and feel raw and hurt.

I experience myself as an open book, not afraid to share or be seen, so I’ve been curious and asking myself “why the hangover feelings after taking said action?”

Because I’m feeling much much deeper. The words I speak are that of my true Self. I am tender these days. Cracking open in new ways. Channeling Sources messages. Sometimes wondering if I’m losing my mind and then realizing that’s exactly what I want to do 🤣. Deepening in my heart connection to myself, others and even brand new humans in my world.

When I feel the rawness and/or judgement come up, I’m choosing to see it for what it is (old patterns and ways of coping), question it, FEEL it, and then move on with my current truth.

I’m so proud of this new level of vulnerability and authenticity that’s birthing through me. My relationships with old friends where there has been hurt are renewing and healing. My relationships with new friends are deepening. My kids and husband are coming in for cuddles and huge with a layer of depth that I have not yet experienced before.

Peeling back the layers. It’s what we are all here for. No one said it was easy but my goodness it’s worth all the uncomfortable feelings and awkwardness along the way.
