✨ I’m Back — With My First Piece Since My Injury! ✨

As many of you know, at the beginning of the year I injured my back and had to take a step away from painting. It’s been a long road to recovery, and I’m still not 100%—so for now, I’ll just be painting occasionally when my body allows.

That said, I’m so excited to share my first piece back with you all. 💛

This antique buffet has been lovingly refinished in Swiss Coffee, a soft, timeless white, with a light natural wood top for a classic two-tone look. I used a tinted polyurethane paint for a silky smooth, durable finish. The carved details and original hardware really bring out the charm of this piece, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

I’ve missed creating, and even though I won’t be painting as often, it feels wonderful to bring a little beauty back into the world one piece at a time. Thank you all for continuing to support me on this journey—it means more than I can say. 💕
