Our team enjoyed a fun night out making candles at AR Workshop Ankeny followed by a dinner out with time to simply be together and connect. I am so thankful for the connection we have and all the care, compassion, and strength they bring to our clients and to one another.

Joan specializes in working with children and teens and is passionate about helping young people navigate life’s challenges. She uses a supportive, compassionate approach to help kids and teens build resilience, confidence, and emotional well-being.

We loved being a part of the Ankeny Girls Softball Association Ankeny Classic for Mental Health! Thank you for bringing mental health awareness to youth sports in our community! 💚🥎
