Hi, I’m Jaime Thompson, founder of JLT Advisors.

This business is new, but I’m not.

I’ve spent nearly two decades working with small business owners, helping them make sense of their numbers, make smarter decisions, and stop feeling like their finances are running the show. JLT Advisors is the next chapter of that work - built intentionally, independently, and fully aligned with how I want to serve clients moving forward.

I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to run a business while trying to keep up with cash flow, taxes, and “am I even doing this right?” questions. That’s why my focus has always been on clarity, strategy, and real-world guidance, not just reports and compliance.

At JLT Advisors, the goal is simple: help business owners understand their money, use it confidently, and build something sustainable on their terms.
