On 6/14/2007, the Antioch CA Federal Social Security Administration Office hosted a presentation by NARFE Delta Chapter 1718. Presenter was Rich Williams, Membership Chair. An attentive audience of 20 active federal employees listened to NARFE's story, as Rich reinforced the need for them to become members of the NARFE family.
