Hey JTV supporters!
We’re dreaming big for our amazing adults at Juniper Tree Village. We are looking for the right community partner to help make their forever homes possible in Apex or surrounding areas. 🤍
We are currently searching for:
🌳2–4 acres of donated land to build
Or
🔨a building that could be renovated into housing
🏠A developer and builder with a heart for our mission
Our goal is to create safe, supportive, forever homes where adults can live with dignity, community, and purpose.
If you or someone you know may be able to help, donate or use their reach please send us a message or share this post. Every connection matters. 🌳
Special Olympics for a group of amazing adults at Able to Serve, Inc. The day was full of loud cheers, tons of volunteers and hearts full of happiness. ❤️
From the team at Juniper Tree Village…although we are scared there are also 365 times we are told… don’t be. 😊🌳

Thank you Stronger Than Labels Fitness for pushing our Jakob and others to their strongest potential!
Take on Tuesday with Mr Incredible my buddy Jakob at 2:30. His effort, energy & enthusiasm were all sensational this afternoon. He was determined and in the zone. His strength was fantastic as well. My buddy was working hard and kickin butt. His muscles and smile were in full effect. In fact, he had his personality working big time. All those small wins are paying off. Amazing job buddy!

Jakob moving through his community with the best smile! Staying connected with local programs and just being his awesome, thumbs-up self. Thank you GiGi's Playhouse Raleigh, Able to Serve, Inc. and NC State University for being part of our community.

Thank you Jacques Gilbert, Mayor of Apex, NC for supporting 🧩
Special needs parents are built differently. But none of this is possible without the support from the people around them. Like. Share. Spread the word for our adults who strive to just have a typical life that they somehow never quite fit into.

🧩Happy Autism Awareness Day🧩 one of our residents , Maddux, was diagnosed at the age of 2 and has been blowing our minds ever since. There were 2 prayer that were prayed over Maddux after her diagnosis. One being “I hope she understands Santa and Christmas” if you know her mom you would know why😂. Second was that she would one day understand the concept of Jesus and His love. Both concepts that are hard to understand without physically seeing them. It is safe to say Jesus came through on both prayers. She loves her Jesus and loves Christmas traditions. She has successfully created her own business Finding Maddux and created art that people around the world wear. Autism is tough, but Jesus is tougher. Let’s celebrate everyone today and say a prayer for their caregivers🧩💜

In July 2024, our team at Juniper Tree Village had the opportunity to visit WeBuilt in Clakamus, Oregon. WeBuilt is an innovative housing community designed for individuals with special needs. The community was developed by families who wanted to provide a supportive environment for their adult children. WeBuilt features 18 tiny homes, a community barn, and a green space that encourages socialization and independence. Residents have the freedom to decorate their homes as they see fit, making each one unique and personalized. Our visit to WeBuilt was a truly inspiring experience, and it has motivated us to continue working towards creating similar communities in our area.
