Barbecue season just got a MAJOR upgrade — Barbecue Chicken Cheesesteaks on the Pit Boss Grills Ultimate Griddle and these are absolutely ELITE!! 🍗🧀🔥 We cubed up our chicken thighs, got them cooking and chopping down on the griddle with a lot of salt and pepper, mixed in red onion and our absolute favorite Sonny’s BBQ Sauce until everything was perfectly coated in that incredible barbecue flavor — pro tip, make sure you mix your BBQ sauce in BEFORE you make your lines, not after like we almost did!! 😂 Then we lined up four gorgeous barbecue chicken cheesesteak lines, piled on a TON of provolone cheese, laid our toasted rolls right on top and scooped them all up into the cheesiest most incredible barbecue chicken cheesesteaks you have ever seen!! And for that extra little something special we added Best Maid dill pickle chips on the ones we took a bite of and WOW what a difference that made!! The combination of that smoky sweet barbecue chicken with all that melty provolone and those tangy dill pickles is absolutely out of this WORLD!!
