Using gentle EFT tapping, we’ll work with the nervous system to release built-up overwhelm, create more space internally, and reconnect with what you actually need. This isn’t about fixing yourself or doing it perfectly. It’s about giving your body a moment to breathe. Each week, you’ll be guided through simple, supportive practices to help you: • regulate and settle your system • move through emotional weight and mental noise • soften self pressure and reconnect with compassion • feel more resourced in your everyday life You’re welcome exactly as you are. No pressure to share. No expectation to perform.
