This is one of the easiest and hardest messages to write. š
The easiestābecause our souls are craving stillness, silence, and presence. Because we know this is right.
The hardestābecause we love this space. We love connecting with you, sharing with you, being part of something bigger through every post, every message, every story.
But right now, Spirit is guiding us inward.
So weāre choosing to listen.
Weāre stepping away from social media and the noise of the worldāfor a little whileāto rest, realign, and reconnect with what matters most.
That saidāif you're journeying through one of our courses, or feeling called to begin one, donāt worry.
All of our courses are still available, and our customer service is fully open if you need anything at all.

Your body remembers what your mind tries to forget.š
