As many of you already know, earlier this year, Technical Prospects became a subsidiary of DirectMed Parts & Service, now DirectMed Imaging.

Today, DirectMed Imaging consists of:

Together, our goal is to provide you, our customers, with the best solutions for your imaging needs, taking away the complexity and making it simple, which is reflected in our new tagline

“Comprehensive made simple.”

With a desire to enhance cohesiveness across all brands, we are introducing our new logos and brand colors!
These changes are a symbol of our unity and shared vision for the future.

In early 2024, Technical Prospects will be integrating under the DirectMed Imaging umbrella with ScanMed and LBN Medical to follow.

Managing and developing opportunities and relationships with customers
Customer Support Price quoting and sales order closing and processing
Customer Support Technical Support assistance and return authorizations
Managing overall account activities
Maintaining and recording customer information and account activity within CRM system
Working closely with Technical Support and Business Development teams to deliver customer solutions
Be a "voice of the customer"
