🌷🏡 Spring buyers are definitely active right now, but in a different way than the frenzy of past years.

Today’s buyers are taking their time, asking questions, and watching rates closely. The good news? More homes are hitting the market, giving buyers more choices than they’ve had in recent seasons. Nationally, pending home sales also rose 1.5% in March, showing demand is still there this spring.

What I’m seeing locally is people moving when life says it’s time growing families, downsizing, job changes, fresh starts. Real estate is still happening every day, just with a little more thought behind it. 😊
