Join me for Sunrise Yoga in the Sunflowers + goodie bags
🌅 August 16th & 18th for 60 pampered minutes
☀️ Intimate session: currently 4 spots are open each day. 10 total per session.
🧘 Start your day off with, Pampered Yoga, where your comfort and enjoyment are number one. As the sun rises, you'll be led through a 60 minute gentle yoga session. You will be guided through a seated warmup in preparation for static standing poses, before coming to rest in restorative postures. Hands-on adjustments will be available to those who would like to receive them. After savasana, you'll be given a cold towel; you'll have the option between scented (using doTERRA oils) and unscented.
In addition, all props: mats, blocks, bolsters and straps will be provided. Everyone and all levels welcome, simply show up and enjoy!

Today was amazing, I was asked to put together a bachelorette yoga party!
To set the mood I made each person a romantic oil blend accompanied by a rose quartz tumbler. We then began class with an intention exercise, where they all picked their own deck of cards and pulled from them accordingly.
Intentions were set and we went into slow gentle movements before melting into our restorative postures. Once in their final posture with their weighted eye pillows, I went around and gave each person a mini head massage.
I ended class with wild orange cold towels to leave them refreshed and relaxed.
This was my first yoga party since 2019 and it was so much fun! It was such a joyful process to create a unique experience for these ladies. Seriously a blast putting it together and so satisfying seeing it play out in real time just as I had imagined.

Let gravity and time do the work, with lots of props to use at your disposal. This class is entirely done while on the ground, each pose is held for an extended amount of time

Rain City Fitness - I will be covering rental charges and showing up regardless of how many people attend. Only 6 spots will be available per class. 🙏
The Why:
Yoga has been passed down from teacher to student for thousands of years. Placing a price tag on yoga has always bothered me and felt out of place.
I have always been flexible with yoga sessions and this past year and half pushed me to offer donation based services which brought me closer to feeling in alignment with my beliefs. This shift first came about because of the suffering I was seeing and a calling to help in anyway I could.
Well now there has been another shift into what I feel is my true calling; 100% donation wellness services. It has been so beautiful to see my private clients all taking care of each other - although unaware by choosing their own donation amounts. Their honesty had allowed me to continue to provide this powerful service. It also creates such a beautiful energy exchange. When life changes, so do the amounts donated, but the one constant is Yoga and their practice.
The How:
I have been blessed with being a flight attendant which provides flexibility in so many ways as well as a stable income. This is what truly allows me to pay it forward and sharing my passion for yoga. I feel called to give back and simply do what I can in my little corner of the world.

I am becoming more and more comfortable with silence and or just listening to music. For me this is a huge personal shift I am so excited about and enjoying.
Yoga, if you have a practice, is so healing and wonderful. I am so grateful to be a witness to my own self.
Got up when my body wanted to and went for a lovely walk. Got to a trail I enjoy and decided to respect the bears and walk elsewhere. Ended up finding a lovely lookout spot all to myself! 🙏
