This Ginger Juice is based out of the Ivory Coast, a West African country, *Hence, the orange and green colors of the Ivorian flag). My husband, who is Ivorian, introduced me to Ginger Juice some years back, and I loved it! Long story short, I began making it at home. Now, I have a recipe that is mild enough for the virgin stomach, and that maintains its health benefits.
