I am honored to receive any award, but I believe it equally belongs to my team and coaching staff. I am fortunate to coach a group of talented players who play for each other. I must also express my gratitude to my wife Danae Rodriguez, who handles the challenges of baseball season with grace and supports me as a coach. Today was the last day of training before these two ladies compete at the NPC Natural Ohio bodybuilding show.

It’s been a grueling 6 months of training and dieting.

Most of our session are at 6am and they never missed a day. They brought everything they had to each session.

They did all this while having careers/businesses , children, husbands and so many other responsibilities

It’s been amazing to watch and I’m proud to be a part of their success.

I am so proud of what they have been able to accomplish.

Watching them do this has taught me so much as a trainer. I’m lucky to have them as clients.
