Good afternoon, friends and fans!

For those of you that know Andrew or have used our services in the past, you probably know that he's not the type to ask for anything, especially recognition. For that reason you've likely never heard him ask for or even mention reviews after service.

Unfortunately this weekend we had a sticky situation arise where we were forced to remove a unit from a public park due to the customer not providing necessary documentation with her reservation. While Andrew would have been more than happy to provide the documentation if requested in advance, it wasn't something that could be done that day.

The customer was understandably upset. Unfortunately she took too Google and directed that frustration at Andrew and our company with an ugly and untrue review.

So we're asking now that if you've enjoyed our services before, please take a few moments to jump over there and leave some kind words. Feel free to add constructive criticism as well, we can only grow through what we go through and need to know if we've fallen short.
