A couple of my meals from the weekend. Yogurt with banana and pecans with a slice of homemade bread for breakfast. Orange chicken with ground chicken, broccoli and peppers over riced cauliflower for dinner.

Mixed berry smoothie bowl. Frozen mixed berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries), protein powder, almond milk. A little flaxseed meal and granola on top! So yummy!
