💙 Camp Families,

Due to the poor air quality and the pool closure, we ended camp a little earlier than planned today to ensure everyone’s safety.

As we close out another incredible camp season, I want to sincerely thank each of you for allowing us to spend the last two weeks with your children. It has truly been a blessing to watch them learn, laugh, grow, and make new friendships. They have made this camp unforgettable!

Every year we strive to make our camp even better, and your support and feedback help us continue to grow. We are already looking forward to planning an even more exciting experience for July 2027.

Please continue to follow our page throughout the year for upcoming events, community activities, volunteer opportunities, and updates about our July 2027 U4meme4u Youth Camp.

🌟 Terrific Thursday Camp Update! 🌟

Today was another incredible day at camp! Our campers explored science and creativity by making phosphorescent disappearing glow art and participated in a fun geometric engineering activity with our wonderful staff member, Mr. Ehrich.

For lunch, we enjoyed delicious Little Italy’s while talking about tomorrow’s exciting plans for FUN Friday, our final day of camp!

🎉 Tomorrow’s Schedule:

* 🏆 Morning Awards Ceremony – Parents are invited to join us as we present each camper with a certificate and trophy to celebrate their accomplishments.
* 🍕 Lunch will be provided from Little Caesars.
* 🏊 We’ll wrap up camp with one last afternoon of fun at the pool.

Please plan to pick up your child at the pool by 3:45 PM so we can return our rental van on time.

As we come to the end of these two amazing weeks, I want to sincerely thank each of you for trusting us with your children. It has been an honor to watch them learn, grow, make new friends, and create lasting memories. Your support has meant so much, and we are grateful to have shared this experience with your families.

We will be announcing our July 2027 U4meme4u Youth Camp dates soon, and we hope to see your campers back for another unforgettable summer!

🌞 Wonderful Wednesday Update! 💙

Today was another great day at camp! We started the morning by creating our “All About Me” visuals, giving each camper the opportunity to share what makes them unique and special.

After our activity, we enjoyed a delicious lunch at Wendy’s, and then wrapped up the day with lots of fun, laughter, and swimming at the pool.

It has been wonderful watching the campers build friendships, gain confidence, and create lasting memories together. We can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!

🎨 Camp Update! ☀️

Today was another fun-filled day at camp! We started the morning by creating beautiful stained art, followed by a fun engineering activity where the campers built houses using marshmallows and graham crackers. They did an amazing job using their creativity and teamwork!

For lunch, we enjoyed a big cookout with hamburgers, hot dogs, fresh fruit, juice, and water. It was a wonderful day filled with laughter, learning, and lots of smiles.

We are looking forward to another exciting day with your amazing campers tomorrow!

What a wonderful way to kick off our second week of camp!

Today we visited Homecoming Ranch, where the children had an amazing hands-on learning experience. They learned about farming, petted goats, watched and participated in milking a goat, gathered fresh eggs from the chickens, sampled delicious goat cheese, and even enjoyed tasting fresh vegetables right from the farm. It was a fun and educational day that everyone truly enjoyed!

After our visit, we had lunch at Burger King, followed by a sweet treat with ice cream. We wrapped up the day cooling off and having fun together at the Athens City Pool.

Thank you for allowing us to share these incredible experiences with your children. Watching them learn, explore, and make new friendships has been the highlight of our summer. We look forward to another exciting day tomorrow!

As we head into our final week of camp, I just want to say thank you.

It has truly been an honor to serve the children and families in our community. Watching the kids laugh, learn, make new friends, and create lasting memories has made all the hard work worthwhile.

U4MeMe4U Youth Camp

Today wrapped up an amazing first week of camp! Our campers had a wonderful time at Lake Snowden, where they caught numerous fish and made lots of great memories together. After fishing, we enjoyed a delicious lunch at Little Italy’s before heading back.

We are so proud of all the children for their enthusiasm, kindness, and willingness to try new things this week!

Day 4 of camp was another amazing day! We started the morning with some games and art followed by lunch and a road trip to The Wilds. The kids had a an amazing time on a real safari seeing animals up close in the wild! We had so much fun and learned a lot too!
