We are pleased to announce the 2026 Athens County Youth Summit will take place on June 4, 2026, at our agency located at 801 W. Union Street, Athens.

Building on the success of last year’s inaugural event, this year’s summit aims to further strengthen collaboration among those who support youth and families in our community.

Recently, we lost one of the most magnanimous souls around, and I haven't been able to talk about it til now. On April 6, we had to say our final goodbye to one of the greatest... our sweet, sweet Duke.
To know him was to love him and feel understood and "known" back. Duke had a gift for going straight to the person in the room most in need of loving kindness, putting his head in their lap without hesitation.

He adored children and was at my side in every step of developing Pivot Point. He reached children's hearts in ways grown-ups never could.

Duke was family to all, shepherding each one of us through life's cycles of miracles and tragedies. There will never be another Duke.
