Small 12 x12 bedroom addition to a home. I did the foundation, framing, and roof, client ended up doing all interior work. Addition altered 1 bedroom, .modified hallway and added a bedroom, to make addition for their extending family.

So this was a first for me. Shower with a skylight in it. Put a extra shower in a ski lodge up in schweitzer. Super steep roof, put 2 skylights where one allows you to use toilet and one to use shower. Worked out pretty well actually.

This was a fun build, basically converted a 40x20 shed to a one bed one bath house. Turned out super cute.

Added a small deck to this little house, the previous one was held up by a bottle jack, and bricks 😄 🤣 😂

Sand and reseal and stain i did this summer on a redwood deck. Even had a awesome helper as well.
