I have a delightful client who hired me last year to completely Renovate her Ranch home on a finished basement! The home was built in the late 70’s and much of it was original. It had loads of character and personality but it was in desperate need of a modern refresh. There was a lot to do for the budget she had so much of the reno was sourced locally from Home Depot and Lowes. The before and after pics are pretty dramatic! We are still working on the interior design for each room and it will be a process but we now have a great starting point! Enjoy!
