I can’t express how IMPORTANT it is to prep your meals. It doesn’t have to be perfect. It doesn’t have to be extravagant. Putting your food intake down on paper (or app) will give you the results you want! I slacked on my meal prep for the week because Sunday was a busy day for us. I’m making up for it tonight and trying to prep for the rest of the week so that I am guaranteed not to fail and achieve my goals. You can do the same! Don’t let one day of bad choices turn into a weeks worth of bad choices.
Peep these butter and garlic steak bites with sautéed veggies that I made tonight and will pop this in the oven for tomorrow night’s dinner. 🤤
