Transformation Friday Our latest project involved transforming a guest bathroom by replacing the tub with a stand-up shower, installing new fixtures, flooring, and painting, and painting the deck. This 1912 home remodel proved to be an outstanding success, despite the numerous challenges that were overcome. We replaced the outdated panel board with 3/4 true bead board to match the existing structure, installed insulation, revitalized plaster walls to a paint-ready state, and performed a comprehensive interior painting. Moreover, we refinished all original hardwood floors and installed LVP throughout the remainder of the home. A complementary tile wall was also installed in the bathroom.
