For a long time, I thought I had to compartmentalize the corporate executive, the founder, the creative, and the speaker.

I’m learning the power is in the integration.

None of it is disconnected.

And ending the evening celebrating MLT20 at NBA Headquarters felt like the perfect reminder that growth often happens when you stop shrinking parts of yourself to fit into one room.

Grace under pressure. Strategy with intention.
