Happy Memorial Day! Never forget the sacrifices of those who gave ALL for Our Freedoms!!!
Hello Atlanta!
Memorial Day is a solemn reminder that the freedoms we enjoy as Americans were secured through the extraordinary sacrifice of brave men and women in uniform who gave their lives in service to our nation.
As we gather with family, friends, and community today, let us also pause to remember those heroes who never made it home — the sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, neighbors, and loved ones whose courage and commitment helped preserve our democracy and way of life.
Here in Atlanta, we honor not only their sacrifice, but also the military families who continue to carry memories of them with strength, pride, and grace.
On this Memorial Day, may we reflect with gratitude, live with purpose, and remain committed to building a nation worthy of the sacrifices made on our behalf.
May God bless the legacy of our fallen service members, and may God continue to bless Atlanta and the country as a whole.
Yours in service, always,
Michael Julian Bond
