A healthy body and weight loss isn’t a New Years resolution or a 12 week programme.
It’s a lifestyle change and a mind set change.
Our decisions, habits and routines are our own personal responsibility and determine our results.
Did you know that 40-45% of what we do each day is done out of habit?
Routines make life less stressful. Routine feels right.
We thrive on routine.
We all fall into routines and create daily rituals.
Our days are made up of habits. Tomorrow will be a lot like today.
If you are not in shape it’s because of our daily activity and eating habits.
Daily habits are powerful so let’s create some positive ones starting today!
A 500 calorie deficit for 1 day won’t seem to
produce any results but 6 months later and you could be 30lbs off.
You and your results are a product of your habits.
We become what we repeatedly do!
Change is hard, change is challenging and difficult because our existing habits are so comfortable and easy.
The 2 most powerful catalysts for action are Discipline and motivation.
Discipline pushes us motivated pulls us.
It is essential that we stay disciplined and motivated long enough to to enable change.

Rome was not built in a day.
Let me just say that hard work truly does pay off.
We did not gain our over night & we certainly will not lose it over night.
There is no magic pill that you can take, to make it disappear.
I have been so dedicated and determined to get to where I wanted to be.
During lockdown I really put the hard work in to get to my goal.
Yes it was hard, yes at times I wanted to give up, yes I cried many times but it was so worth it.
It isn’t forever.
That was what I kept telling myself.
It was a constant battle as my mind wanted to do other things and my subconscious told me not too.
Going from 15st & 6lbs to 10st & 2lbs is just amazing.
I can’t tell you how rewarding it was to get to goal.
It has changed my life. I feel so much happier& confident within myself.
I am literally loving life right now.
I am in my fourth year maintaining. With maintenance you still need to put the work.
If you go back to your old ways then I am afraid it will go back on…
