What a ride at the matchplay! Despite not making it through to the quarterfinals, I left it all out on the course and am proud of my performance. It’s a tough game at this level, but the pressure only fuels my fire. Turning 40 this month and still hanging with the young guns feels amazing. Close matches on the 18th hole for two of them and come up clutch, didn’t lose a match, no rounds over par, and 6 birdies and an eagle to tie my first match lol. Beat another ksu golfer 6 and 5 in my second match😜.

Huge shoutout to GSGA for a top-notch event at despite the challenging weather. Next up, the Georgia Open at Kinderlou Forrest - can’t wait to keep the competition going. Let’s freaking go! 🔥⛳️

Qualified for the final spot in the match play for the 3rd year in a row. The golf is getting so good with the young guys coming up. Nearing age 40 it’s good to be able to still hang with them at times.

👆🏼Most common injuries for a golfer.

Who's woken up still aching after golf? 🤬🤕

Well are you ready to change that -
- Gain 10 yards off the tee?
- Create the shoulder turn you've always wanted?
- Have the hip mobility you’ve always wanted?
- Feel fresher at the end of your round?
- Improve how you look and feel?

Then drop me a message⛳💪📈

Second year in a row finishing tied 11th in the public links championships. Played really solid all weekend. A couple bad swings cost me. was challenging with the rain, wind and thick rough. Need to get out and play more to be able to compete with these guys but excited to always show up and have the opportunity to hit some bombs and produce some short game magic!

Golf is hard.

Still got it.

We’ve been working hard in silence.

You see a lot of stuff on social media these days of people claiming to be putting in the work or they have the next best thing to make you better. It’s all bulls**t.

Hard work pays off. Determination and the will to believe in a process and the team around you pays off. The mundane stuff matters. People give up on it too easy expecting the next best thing will change their result. Bulls**t.

Doing the common uncommonly well matters. Sticking to the program works.

Another Monday qualifier into this weeks event.

It’s time!
