From sketch to reality.
Sometimes it’s fancy 3d models and drawings that explain an idea, sometimes it’s a hand sketch.
The stair sets the tone of this house. The vertical pickets are the first thing you see when you enter, and they filter the light from the skylight way above, giving this warm layered effect.
Kudos to they are great to work with on this project and this stair design was a close collaboration!

The foundation walls are in at the Rest!
The house is as close to the water as the area allows, meaning the concrete truck stayed up the hill and used a very long straw.
