This CO is used daily for the littlest member of this family. But when big sister was having a rough day, Mom sized up and let her have some carrier time.

So consider this your reminder that sometimes, big siblings need snuggles too!

A suggestion for today: look through your phone. How many photos do you have of your kid(s)? Ok, now how many do you have of you and your kid(s)?

I’m guessing you have far fewer photos that include you. But they are important, too. When the littles become big, you will be able to look back and enjoy those memories and moments all over again, while picturing yourself in them.

Even more importantly, your children will be able to see physical proof of the love you have had for them since the start. On days they feel down, or question their importance, a photo of you together can remind them of how special they are to you (and always have been).

So next time you’re having a wonderful day and pull out your phone or camera (yes, yes, some people still use those archaic devices 😜) and ask someone to take a photo with you in it, too. Then, later, go online and print it. Old school? Yes. Important? Also yes.

And then on the hard days, you can look at a physical reminder of how good life is, was, and always will be.
