My name is Robbie, I founded In Bloom after traveling the world, from North America, to Europe, to Australasia, mostly eating.

As some of you may know, I recently have taken a new job! I'll be working in Research and Development for a large scale allergen free bakery, this is super exciting news! In addition to the new job, I've decided to enroll in University starting September 2020!

However this means that In Bloom's hours are changing! From now onwards all orders made will only be available for pickup on Saturday and Sunday! This means that if you want bread, pastries or cakes on Saturday, you must order no later than Thursday, and for Sunday please order by Friday! All other orders will be pushed to the following weekend!

There may be some space for weekday orders but these will be primarily cakes and on a *very* limited basis.

I want to thank everyone for their continued support! I could not have done any of this without you and I am so honoured to be serving my community in this way!

I am very excited for what the future holds both for myself and In Bloom Bakes, I'm working on big things to hopefully serve you better (including markets!) And much more!
