One Month Active Update:
Our specialist at American Adoptions informed us that our profile was shown to an above average number of expectant mothers over the last month (22). This means our prefernces are fairly open, which we knew, and our exposure is very good. Now, most women who are shown profiles do not follow through with an adoption plan, and even those who do may not do so until months after viewing family profiles. But, having higher exposure is still good for us, and can still help make our wait time shorter; it's just a matter of the right expectant mother picking us and following through with her adoption plan. This usually happens for American Adoption families in less than one year. Here's to a relatively short and smooth adoption journey 🙏🤞😁
