Comparison of one of our blacked out roof light strips side by side with one of our standard roof light strips both running off the same controller (one on a left channel and one off a right channel) for straight comparison. The black substrate of the blacked out strip completely hides the PCB and individual light diodes (as intended) when off. When on, the standard strips with clear silicone covering are about 20% brighter in person. Both still so bright we don't run either of them at 100% when mounted in the typical orientation facing inward.

Installed our new tag frame to run the same rotation of patterns as the logos and everything else.

We've had a lot of requests for something like this and frankly, a lot of the ones we tested were junk. Finally found this animated eyes fog light version that ticked the right boxes for us. Great presets, customizable, waterproof, and more. The stare-down is real. It’s not always just about seeing the road —sometimes it’s about making sure the road sees you.

What do we think? Creepy? Cool? A little of both? 👍👎
