Shepperding Wellness
Helping to find the root cause of disease.
POV: Me checking my phone every 3 minutes hoping my clients suddenly text me that their bloating disappeared, energy is through the roof, hormones are balanced, skin is glowing, and they finally had a perfect bowel movement đ
Root-cause healing takes time⌠but celebrating every small win right along with my clients never gets old.
Because sometimes progress looks like:
⢠waking up with more energy
⢠less inflammation
⢠fewer cravings
⢠better moods
⢠one good workout
⢠one symptom improving at a time
Healing isnât overnight, but those little changes add up in a big way.

âGet to the ROOT. Start somewhere today.â
Yesterday was one of those hard days. The kind that leaves you questioning if you are doing enough, giving enough, or getting anything right at all. I felt like I was failing as a mother.
Homeschool is hard. Motherhood is hard. Healing is hard. There are beautiful days and there are really heavy days. But I think those hard days have a way of showing us something important â just how far weâve actually come.
Healing doesnât happen overnight. Growth doesnât happen overnight. Neither does building a strong family, a healthy body, or a resilient mind. It happens little by little, through the messy moments, the setbacks, the tears, the lessons, and the days where you want to quit but keep showing up anyway.
Sometimes the hard days are also an opportunity to pause and see where small changes may need to be made. Life is a journey, and there will always be ups and downs that help fine tune your path along the way.
Whether itâs motherhood, homeschooling, or your health journey â donât let one difficult day convince you that youâre failing. Hard seasons often reveal the growth we couldnât see in the easy ones.

Not every day ends with a medal.
But every day gives us an opportunity to grow.
Itâs never just about the medalâ
itâs about the conversations, the lessons, and the resilience built along the way.
We donât always win⌠and thatâs okay.
Because growthâwhether in sport or in healthâtakes time.
And just like this, we keep showing up, keep doing the work, and keep getting better.
Get to the ROOT. Start somewhere today. đ¤
There are moments as a mom that just stop you in your tracksâŚ
This was one of them đ¤
Watching my daughter publicly declare her faith in Jesus was something I will never forget.
I talk a lot about getting to the ROOTâ
healing the body, supporting the gut, balancing hormonesâŚ
But this is the true foundation.
Because no amount of âperfect nutritionâ replaces:
⨠Faith
⨠Identity
⨠Purpose
This weekend reminded meâ
we arenât just raising healthy kidsâŚ
weâre raising hearts that know Him.
And that changes everything.
đ¤ âAs for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.â
