A core part of who we are is being women-owned and women-led, and that perspective shapes a lot of why we support Women in Technology (WIT) and their mission.đź’ś
Most of our days are spent talking with people in the middle of job searches, career pivots, and big “what’s next” moments, so we really value opportunities like the WIT Careers in Action Summit that bring clarity, confidence, and direction.
We’re excited to be giving away 2 tickets to this event 🎟️ And you may even see a few familiar faces from Team ATP there 👀
To enter, just send us an email at [email protected] and tell us a little about you and why you’d like to attend. That’s it!
If you’re not entering but still want to support, comment below and tag someone who you think deserves a chance to be in the room!
We’ll announce the winners on August 5th. See you there!

Last week, Sarah had the opportunity to spend the day with ADP and Girls Inc. of Greater Atlanta for Career Day!
From hearing the girls' stories and participating in mock interviews to learning more about the mission of Girls Inc., it was an inspiring and meaningful experience. Events like these are a powerful reminder of the impact that encouragement, representation, and shared experiences can have on young women as they begin to explore their futures.
We feel fortunate to have been part of a day dedicated to building confidence, creating connections, and helping the next generation see what's possible. đź’™

The conversation around AI often focuses on what jobs it might replace. What we're seeing is something different... AI is changing jobs, not eliminating them.
AI skills now appear in roughly 27% of IT job postings, and we're seeing that demand firsthand! We currently have openings for an AI Engineer/Strategist, a Full Stack Engineer with an AI focus, and an AI-Driven Test Automation Engineer.
Despite concerns about AI replacing jobs, tech careers aren't going anywhere. The U.S. accounts for approximately 65% of the world's technology industry value, and professionals who continue learning and adapting will be well-positioned for what's next.
What skill do you think will matter most in the next five years?
