We have spent the last five + years imagining and moving toward a redevelopment neighborhood we call Delmont. The original neighborhood, built in the 1930’s, is pictured here.

We bought these townhomes one at a time and rented them until we had purchased all.

There was one home we were not able to purchase. It was on the edge of the neighborhood so it could remain independent of the new homes. Because these homes were designed in pairs with a single entrance we also left the adjacent home. We will occupy this home for our welcome center and construction office.

We first explored renovating these homes but they were not in good shape and the designs were obsolete to a point it would be difficult to meet current market desires.

We have great respect for this historic neighborhood, Garden Hills. We intend to honor the history with thoughtful design, attention to detail, and lovely gardens. One day, long after we are gone, these will be historic homes too. We do not take that lightly.

We had a blast cheering on the amazing participants of this year’s Peachtree Rd. Race! The energy & sense of community in was unbelievable! Congrats to all!
