So this customer was having problems with the kitchen sink backing up. Upon assessment it was discovered the pipe was “reversed pitched “ meaning the water had a difficult time flowing in the right direction. Nonetheless the drain was able to be snaked and reconfigured adding a sure-vent and clean out courtesy of Mount Numerous
