Had no idea today was Yom Kippur until I went to grab my phone to take a picture of my first time making Challah. So serendipitous!

Cannot believe this is my first time, because I’ve made enriched doughs, and yeasted breads many times before.

The structure of the bread was that perfect *slightly* cotton candy like texture when you pull it apart.
Not bad for my first time 😉
