I Love berries! 🍓 Probably my all time favorite Natural snack.

I try to always keep fresh blueberries, blackberries or strawberries in the fridge to snack on.

They're extremely healthy, packed with vitamins and nutrients and most of all... simply delicious!

Maybe the best part about them; when I'm craving something unhealthy like ice cream or milk chocolate, I can eat a few berries and completely cure that sweet tooth craving.

But sometimes I have to admit... I will cheat just a little. I'll have a couple bites of chocolate, but with strawberries or blackberries. Oh it's so good!
