Transparent Story time!!!
So let me take you on a journey! Moving to Atlanta December 30, 2016 was a CRAZY leap of faith. No place to stay, no job, a car on the repo list, and 5k 😩😩😩. Whew Chile when I look back it was DEFINITELY all God!

I bounced around from 3 different houses of people I knew here till I got an extended stay hotel. I’m not one to live with people. I’m not built that way, I need my space! I HATED that hotel! Like HATED IT, but I knew it was just a moment in time. Every time I drive by it I’m so thankful to get to my apartment in Buckhead! In February I started working Jay would have me style his models and tag me! Thanks 😘. I didn’t get my first real client till April but I had to pay my booth rent every week. Shout out to financial Aid cause it kept me a float! I had no clients and no instagram 😂😂😂. Now how was I supposed to be doing hair but had nothing to get a client? Im so thankful for J and I swear! They both stayed on me about getting an instagram, but I was so nervous! Lamech and I had meeting after meeting about trying to build my brand! 😂😂😂 the good times 🥰 .All the pictures I had was from me asking my best friend friend’s to do their hair! Looking back at the videos I just laugh, cause girl what!!!

I was too afraid to do natural hair. I had just finished Paul Mitchell a year before I moved here and didn’t do hair after school in Orlando. I knew how to slay a wig so that’s what I did! I did wigs for the fist 1 1/2 I was here. I took classes to get better and I kept grinding. Got over booked and people knew me. Then it got slow!!! Like WHAT!!! HOWWWW??? Some failures are sent to move you in a new direction! Im thankful for wigs slowing up for me! It literally pushed me to NEED something else.

Thank God for ex friend who told me to take a class on micro links! Definitely the best move but I was back to no clients. I didn’t do natural hair, who was going to trust me??? You know who did, MY CURRENT CLIENTS! So I used them for models and went from there. Now this a VERY short version of this story but you get the point!
