Where do I even begin?!? I am BEYOND proud of my client Johanna!

When she joined the FIT AND GLOW program, she wanted the GLOW back. The doctors said she would struggle to lose weight and she didn’t have a good relationship with food.

During our orientation call, we set her goals in place.

2️⃣ Get EDUCATION on how to eat and what to eat without the GUILT

She was nervous, but I told her to TRUST ME and I will be there to guide her every step of the way. 🤝👯‍♀️

She showed up for herself everyday! She followed my directions and asked questions. She complete her mindset tasks.

Just 3 weeks end, we hit her 10lbs goal! She was STUNNED! Beyond the hitting the first goal, I could see her believing in herself again! The GLOW WAS COMING BACK! I would always tell her “You are so powerful and you can do this”. She would respond back “I am doing this”! 🙌🏽
