WHEN I STOPPED WALKING AWAY FROM MYSELF, I RAN INTO ME.
Clinically, this is avoidance—
we stay busy, deflect, and suppress what’s real to avoid discomfort.
But avoidance doesn’t heal…
it delays the encounter.
Scripture calls us higher:
“Examine yourselves…” — 2 Corinthians 13:5
“Search me, O God…” — Psalm 139:23–24
God doesn’t call us to run from ourselves—
He calls us to face ourselves in His presence.
Because the moment you stop running…
is the moment AWARENESS begins.
And awareness is where healing starts.

The Eden Moment & Intimacy on Social Media:
The Eden Moment teaches us that intimacy is meant to be protected, not performed. When people post their most intimate moments on social media:
• They trade sacred connection for public
consumption.
• What should be a covenant becomes content.
• What God designed for closeness becomes
vulnerable to criticism, comparison, and
exploitation.
Eden was a garden with boundaries, intimacy requires sacred walls. Social media tears those walls down, leaving what is holy to be trampled by an audience that was never meant to witness it.
Why Not Share Intimate Moments Publicly?
1. Because intimacy loses its power when exposed.
Eden teaches us that what’s shared between two
should remain between two.
2. Because validation cannot replace covenant. A
“like” is no substitute for love.
3. Because what God gives as a gift, the world will
treat as entertainment.
What was meant to nurture your soul gets
consumed by strangers who don’t value it.
