Benaisha is the embodiment of being a powerful force: she is the CEO of Prime One Home Loans, The Bailey-Watson Real Estate Group, an Air Force Veteran, is named one of the Top 100 Real Estate Agents in the United States, and has grossed over $2 billion dollars in personal sales.

Benaisha sits down with us to talk about her experiences while growing up in South Central LA, being raised by a single, Guatemalan mother, joining the Air Force and eventually becoming a single mother herself, earning $4 million dollars during her first year as a real estate agent, and how a business owner’s recommendation sparked her intrigue to create her own financing bank. Benaisha encountered emotionally traumatic situations at young ages, including her parents’ divorce and the loss of her sister.

Benaisha’s energy is both calming and inspiring. She is continuing her mission to build, connect, and educate a culturally-ignited collective.
