Who Hoo!! You made it! Sixteen (actually seventeen)miles in the books!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!! Thank you STT RESCUE for doing what you do best, keeping us safe, we are grateful. Thanks Mervin Hazell for keeping us hydrated. Thanks to Shani, Maggie, and Gigi for the food treats. Welcome Cherise to our sixteen mile walk. You made it to the finish line so we hope to see you again. I (Karen E. Hodge) wasn’t there this year and had a serious case of FOMO but I promise you I’ll be back. To our other teammates who missed out, they felt your support, cheering them on from wherever you are. Again, in my Nick Friday voice, Yuh Big Every Time!!!
Come on folks Get Healthy join us on our Saturday walks 5 am from Kmart Wheatley or any where we choose to mix it up and walk from, believe me your health will be grateful.

The GHGH walk Group presented a donation to St. Thomas Rescue in appreciation for their awesome service they provided to us on our 16th mile walk on June 17, 2023. Thanks a million for making us feel safe. Your service to the community is impeccable!!
