He will be showcasing our Assessment of Readiness for Change to over 3,000 members who represent over 80 countries around the world. We are excited to be sharing our tools with other academics, business practitioners, and consultants working within the strategic management process.

Our assessment is designed to be a simple and hassle-free tool. A link is provided for the specific assessment an organization needs. Once each individual participant has completed the assessment, the results can be provided nearly immediately. The results will show a score on a 0-100 scale based on the individual’s readiness. The results are very simple to explain and will provide an in depth look at what areas may need help for future change implementations.
