My company provides Development and Construction Management services for commercial projects all over the United States. We typically focus on restaurants and commercial retail projects that require extensive hands-on care and are especially adept at projects that have development challenges such as tough zoning regulations, tight sites, special exterior designs. We also specialize in remodels, conversions, and projects with complicated schedules, costs, or other challenges.

With resources and established partners throughout the United States, we can offer specialized customer service but still understand that controlling development costs is required for a project to be profitable and sustainable. By focusing on every aspect of the process, we can find the most economical ways to offer exactly what our customers need for the lowest cost.

Because of our experience in prototypical new builds and remodels, we approach each project with an understanding of what the goal is and then evaluate each individual project to determine the variations necessary to site adapt for specific locations. Before we move on we then review the lessons learned to determine any appropriate master changes necessary to improve the system.

The partnership that I was responsible for creating between Chick-fil-A and Baltimore Gas and Electric will be prominently featured on the BGE intranet web site this week! This partnership resulted in shortening construction times on 7 remodels in the Baltimore area, thereby increasing sales, providing better customer service, and decreasing the impact on several hundred CFA employees.
