Forcing asana practice these days is like peeling the flesh from my bones. I don't want to sink inward and dig up strength and knowing. But, I'm sure exhausted with resting and neglect of my soul and body. Strange times call for extra grace; emotional pain calls for healing practices. Seems that finding the balance is apparently what it's all about. While, I wonder when we will be able to practice together again, it's high time I learn to truly practice alone, to trust my higher self....even if it means I have to dig deep, snag it by its tail, and force it to towards the light. At least for today.
