New York just passed a law forcing so-called “super speeders” (anyone with 16 or more automated speed camera tickets in a year) to install Intelligent Speed Limiter devices in their vehicles that use GPS tracking to physically cap your speed at the posted limit.

Those who fail to install the devices in 45 days will lose their registration.

The program, part of the state’s new budget and set to launch in New York City, slaps drivers with a $1,000-1,500 bill (with taxpayer aid for the “poor” offenders).

New documents have been released that suggest that the future of directors of the FBI AND CIA were aware and possibly involved in the planning of the 9/11 terrorist attack.
