That spirit is ancient and historically identified by imperialist. They are those who think that they have justified racial hierarchy over certain groups.

Particularly African Americans and Mexicans. And, their biological differences is what give imperialist the notion to oppress and persecute these groups.

How do you deal with them? Bind them spiritually in the name of Jesus!!
The word of God says, “ whatsoever you bind on earth, is bound in heaven.” And whatsoever you loose on earth is loosed in heaven.”( Matthew 18:18)
