So there’s the humble….now here comes the brag.
They’re not wrong. This sandwich is the truth. As Facebook reminded me last month I’ve been serving some version of this sandwich for 10 years now. First on the food truck. Then at Dish Dive and the Castle. Finally mastering it here at Firewall. And I’m still working on it. To that end: ask for it “Sam’s Way” next time and you’ll get the classic Italian plus a schmear of zhoug and some fresh white onions. Cuz sometimes you SHOULD mess with a good thing.

Due to an unexpected labor shortage and some already planned vacay, today(12/3) is our LAST shift of 2022. Come get your fix before its too late! Normal service to resume in January.
