Bike in for the Arts

🚲 Oakland Cemetery - 248 Oakland Ave, SE Atlanta, GA 30312

In celebration of Bike Month, Oakland will be hosting a tabling event in conjunction with out annual Arts at Oakland program. Arts at Oakland 2021 will showcase the work of six amazing regional artists in five installations across Oakland Cemetery via a self-guided map. The artistic installations will highlight the hidden stories that can be found within the gardens and architecture of Oakland Cemetery.

This year’s Arts program is free and open to the public, honoring the role that Oakland Cemetery has played this year as an open and accessible green space for our community. As a cultural foundation focused on equity and access, Oakland seeks to promote and support our bike and alternative transportation community, and provide the opportunity for the public to get to know what organizations and resources are available. 
The Bike in for the Arts event will take place around the Oakland Bell Tower and will run from 10 AM to 2 PM on Sunday, May 30, 2021.
