Many thanks to an AWESOME crowd for the Sunday Foam Rolling classes for the past three months! The Run Hub Northwest marathon training team completed their final foam rolling class before their marathon this coming weekend-good luck to each of you! Huge THANKS to Sweaty Ganesh Yoga for hosting the training team along with the regular students for the 9:30am class. This class continues through the end of June, free for SGY members, $10 to drop in.
